Yorkshire Terrier breed was created in the area of Yorkshire in England around 1800.
It belongs to the group of very small terriers. Though so small, it is very brave, and it was used for hunting in the past.
Yorkshire Terrier’s owner must keep it on a short leash because of the breed’s curious, adventurous spirit and its readiness to bring itself into trouble. In addition, it takes the job of defending its territory seriously and it’s ready to bark relentlessly , if the owner makes a mistake during the training.
