This advertising policy does not cover circumstances where you purchase advertising on our website via a third party such as an advertising agency or any other independent B2B partner.

By agreeing to advertise on our website, you are accepting this Refund and Cancellations Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not advertise with us.

Interkoncept doo may amend its Refund and Cancellations Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund and Cancellations Policy on this Site, and/or by sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to Interkoncept doo.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by advertising or continuing to advertise after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.

Refunds, if granted, are provided in the form of crediting your Account balance with funds that may be used for future purchases of ads.

The first time you make a purchase of an advertisement on behalf of you or a third party you must read all of the details provided and be sure that you fully understand exactly what you are purchasing – including but not limited to the price, the frequency of the ad(s) booked, whether or not the ad(s) are monthly or yearly ads, whether or not the ad(s) are for you or a third party or both.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us of your request within 24 hours of making your First Time Purchase. We will consider such a request on a case-by-case basis.

How to request consideration for a refund:

The reason(s) why you would like us to consider a refund.

Interkoncept doo will consider granting refunds that are requested in the above stated timeframes and that meet any applicable criteria, and will grant refunds at its reasonable discretion.
